or other way to fix it is make less sprites appear on screen so even if sprite cut parts aren't fixed you still wont see them while using the melee weapons

yes that's what I mean, and some knife attack sprites also have cuts as well on sides of screen, is this weapon just placeholder or it will need a fix?

thanks for the kind reply my friend :) this project is community's so not mine! I just wanted to resurrect whitemare 2 so I decided to think of third episode to let it live! :) you are more than welcome to join in or become beta tester so it's up to you what you like :)

mutator Okay I will :) I am at the moment busy editing the 3rd map, I also started doing monster/health/ammo replacements so I can move on to new parts of the map. Which textures you got? :)

I use zdoom (doom in doom) format because of the sprites such as snow trees I use :) I don't know if it will cause problems if you use different format in each map so we shouldn't risk it.. Do you want me to send you the wad I created that has all the textures from whitemare 2? you can use it and doom2 as base wads to start mapping so even if you don't have the textures in the map you create you still have a way to use them. PM me if you want :)

It's preferred because this is third episode of whitemare 2 so I wanted to make it have same texture pack as first and second but if you want to add more texture packs you are welcome to do! Also, there are tons of textures in whitemare 2 so it's pretty possible that you might find textures that you like which will make you not feeling need to add more textures. If we get 15 maps released then I will release beta version and after every couple of maps I will make another updated beta version :)

Thanks :) you tried whitemare2? All textures I use are from that wad just to make third one look like its part of whitemare 1 and 2. I did not put any custom music into maps I completed and work on yet so the music can go in after the megawad is ready :)

I only have the textures inside the wad so I would have to make copy of whitemare3 wad and remove levels so you only get the texture pack in the wad! The textures are from whitemare 2 so that's where I got all of them

I use zdoom (doom in doom) format to make these maps, also use custom sprites such as trees so if that works with boom engine then yes it will be compatible with that. There is no deadline because we still have 29 maps to go after I finish level 3 and making megawad is hard work so I don't know when I will finish it but like I said I will update the main post with pictures as I make progress in the wad! :) If you want to use other texture packs yes you can. I got these textures from whitemare2 wad and found the custom tree sprites from realm website

mutator Can you add option that makes monsters not get alerted when you just start the map? so making it able to on and off depends on which one you like the most. This is amazing mod by the way and I like the content of the mod!
